Is your child hoping to learn how to skate or play hockey? Consider joining the Methuen Youth Hockey Association family!
Their Learn to Skate program is designed for beginner and intermediate skaters.  No prior skating experience is required.
Their Learn to Play program is designed for children with skating experience who are interested in learning the game of hockey. All sessions are led by USA Hockey certified instructors.
Both programs are held at the Methuen High ice rink on Saturday mornings starting Oct. 14. Learn to Skate runs from 8:30-9:30am; Learn to Play goes from 9:40-10:40am. The programs run through February, and cost is $200 per child. Registration is now open at myha.com.
Each skater must have an HECC-approved helmet with full cage and ice skates as well as a 2023-2024 USA Hockey registration (usahockey.com). It’s recommended that skaters wear elbow pads, shin pads and hockey gloves.
