From discovering information on brain health and aging happily to celebrating lives well lived and enjoying the company of children, the Methuen Senior Activity Center’s Sunset Seminar Series is making a robust return!

*“Let’s Talk about Death” on March 20 with the Rev. Jessica Johanssan, MDiv, CPC.
*”Mitochondrial Aging” on March 27 with Leena Barath, Ph.D.
*“Aging Happily!” on April 3 with Pam Garramone, M.Ed.
*“Lives Well Lived” on April 10 with Sky Bergman.
*”Is Your Home Ready for the Future? How to Age in Place Without Worry!” on April 17 with Laura Lynn Morrissey.
*”Navigating the Healthcare System” on May 1 with Ailene Gerhardt, MA, BCPA.
In addition to evening talks, there will be an Intergenerational Superheroes program where families of kids of all ages are welcome. Together, seniors and children will build a meaningful connection by learning new skills, making new friends and having a lot of fun.
