Methuen Pop Warner President Ida Cruz said roughly 300 people attended second annual Pop Warner Jamboree fund-raiser recently held at Nicholson Stadium.
“We want to make sure this community program moves forward,” Cruz said of the youth football and cheer organization. “We are all volunteer-run.”
There were special guest performances by a trio of New England Patriots cheerleaders – including Methuen’s own Kaitlyn Savary – and a Taylor Swift look-alike, plus appearances by Mickey and Minnie Mouse from Making Magic performers.
Children and their parents also enjoyed the dunk tank, balloon animals and musical guests. Several raffles were available as well as a 50/50 to benefit the Pop Warner program.
