Methuen High School had its baseball alumni game June 8. There was a great turnout for players and spectators, and everyone had a lot of fun. The game was held in memory of former Rangers captain Devin Melia (Class of 2019) and to support the Devin Melia Memorial Fund which was created by his family.

Devin loved to play baseball and the family wanted to help support the baseball team and offer a scholarship. This past season the fund raised enough money to send the team to Cooperstown in April and to award an MHS senior on the team a $1,000 scholarship. The Melia family looks forward to helping out again next season. If interested in donating to the Devin Melia Memorial Fund, you can do so through Venmo: @Devinmeliamemorialdfund.
