Stage Door 22 brought four shows to Methuen High’s Nicholson Auditorium last month. The comedy centers around high schooler Cady Heron’s introduction to an American high school, where getting revenge on the cool kids is the name of the game! Incredible job by the cast and behind-the-scenes crew as well as the teachers who made it happen!

The star and main character of “Mean Girls” is Cady Heron, played by Emma Seide. In this production, Emma takes the audience through Cady’s journey of moving from Africa to a new high school and the challenges that come with it.

Jeremy Patterson is a standout in the “Mean Girls” production. He plays multiple roles in the show, including Principal Duvall, Coach Carr and an ensemble member. Jeremy helps guide the audience alongside Cady Heron through her first day at North Shore High School.

The Mathletes Crew appears in a variety of scenes, from competing in the Math Bowl to attending parties at Cady’s house. Jarelyn Flores leads the group, joined by her friends Parker Acosta and Bella Vita.

Mr. Pocoli is the director of the “Mean Girls” production. He brings everything together and leads both the actors and tech crew day by day. Without Mr. Pocoli, there would be no show!

Aaron Samuels is the shared love interest between Cady and Regina. Played by Malakai Denault, Aaron navigates the challenges of his relationships with both girls.

Gretchen Wieners, played by Maria Clara Ferreira, is known for being Regina’s right-hand girl. Maria is especially recognized for her iconic scream, which entertains both the audience and her fellow cast members.

Chloe Santarpio plays both Ms. Norbury and a member of the ensemble. Ms. Norbury teaches math and serves as the head of the Mathletes team.
