First Church Congregational will celebrate its 143rd George Washington Birthday Dinner on Feb. 22 from 4-6:30pm. Martha and our nation’s first president (born Feb. 22, 1732) usually stop by! The buffet menu includes carving stations of roasted turkey and baked ham as well as baked haddock in addition to salads, veggies, mac ‘n’ cheese, vegan chili, beverages and apple crisp for dessert. Adult tickets are $22 in advance ($25 at door); admission for kids 6-12 is $8; those under age 6 admitted free.
