Recently, in my Methuen collection, I came across a Methuen police chief badge holder – including the badge and ID tag that belonged to the late Cyril Feugill. He was born in Midgley, England, and was Methuen police chief for about 20 years starting in 1940. He passed away in March 1972 and is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
