JOIN THE WALKING CLUB!
Stay active, enjoy fresh air and connect with fellow walkers! Regina McCarthy (right) has led a Walking Club on the Rail Trail for about a year. Meet the second and fourth Tuesdays (July 8 and 22) at 10:30am at the train depot on Railroad Street. No need to register – just lace up your sneakers and join the club! McCarthy (shown with fellow walker Diane Corriveau) says they walk to Pep Boys in Salem, N.H., which is about 3 miles round-trip. Walks are weather contingent! ML photo by Melissa Fili

Happy Fourth of July! This coming year, I hope to make it one of the best years possible with our programs at the Methuen Senior Activity Center.
Our staff is ready to assist you with all you encounter. Together, we will face whatever comes our way and makes the best possible decisions for the best possible outcomes. I will be reaching out by phone to make contact beginning this month. I want to introduce myself to you! I am excited to learn more about you and make a friendship connection!
The Methuen Senior Center works hand in hand with the Health and Human Services Department to help you with SNAP, Fuel Assistance, housing applications, Mass Health applications, Raft Program and so much more. If you need assistance in these areas, please contact us at (978) 983-8825.
