Creepy sounds, shadows & stories invade this haunted history lesson

Living in New England, you can go just about anywhere and hear a story or two about a haunting or some spooky experience someone had one time. But if you submerge yourself a little deeper, into the lore of a town, such as Salem, Mass., then you’ll learn an even darker, eerie tale you may not have known before. That was the exact case for me and my friend Kayla.

Salem is known by many as the Halloween capital of the world. Its history of suspected witches, followed by the famed witch trials of 1692-1693, seem to be rekindled every fall. Kayla and I decided to investigate a few of these historic properties ourselves and discover what they entail. One of the places on our list kept calling us back: The Hawthorne Hotel. The number 325 kept weaving its way into our daily routines; we later discovered that this is one of the most haunted rooms in the hotel. Upon visiting, we learned stories of Room 325 and had experiences of our own! These are interesting to watch in our video, but what we heard directly from a staff member about another room in the hotel is even MORE bone-chilling. Check out our video and draw your own conclusions!
